Keweenaw Vortex
in the Upper Peninsula Michigan, this quaint rural vortex is a great spot to sit if you are crippled or suffer from migraines. Apparently, the magnetic force generated by the stand of spruces will either make you very ill or cure you. We were offered a spot to camp on the land of the vortex's two friendly curators (pictured below), but a straaange feeling in my gut (reminding me of how I felt watching the beginning of a Rob Zombie movie) told me to keep-a-moving.
